My husband and I love It's It Ice Cream sandwiches and we're super excited to see that there was an outlet only 20 minutes away from where we were planning to be over the weekend. We arrived around 3pm and there was only 1 other person in line. The inside is very small from what I could see as they have you order at their window and not come inside. They had a special for 12 ice creams for $15 so we decided to do that. We asked for 2 of each ice cream options that were on the window menu, but when the girl working came back to the window she said she wasn't able to give us the order we asked for. We changed a couple of items around, but then realized when we got home that it was because she gave us different flavors than what were listed on the menu. I thought it was a bit strange that she didn't tell us that they had different flavors available...she wasn't the friendliest person either, she definitely gave off a "I just work here" vibe. We also ordered the Unicorn Popcorn and the Cookies and Cream Popcorn as well as 2 bagel dogs. The bagel dogs were definitely a letdown though - my husband heated one up and said it was pretty gross. We also liked the popcorn flavors - the Unicorn flavor was a chef's kiss! Overall, we were very happy about the ice creams and plan to come back next time we are passing through town!

$2.00 for a sandwich? Yes! Small little spot ring the bell and they come to the window super quick and easy with a good selection of fresh ice cream, popcorn and cookies. Off main street super small quiet town loved it!

The Ice Cream itself, top notch. ALL the flavors you want (plus pumpkin for the season) The strawberry and the chips-it, awesome. Easily accessible and parking right in front makes it convenient. Overall the experience was well worth it. To note: it was slightly dampened by the employee who was nowhere to be seen...only to then pop up after a minute or two and proceed to come off as if she had been completely bothered to assist the two of us. I'm strong on customer service and it could have been a little more welcoming. It certainly will not prevent a return visit though.

You order by the window just ring the bell to be served. It's not a walk into a store establishment. Prices are fair it's better to buy in bulk for more savings. Service is great. We got the it's it pumpkin. HELLA GOOD I highly recommend instead of the plain vanilla one. Next up the cookie dough. I love it! It's not hella sweet and oily if you compare it to the grocery store bought toll house cookie dough. Plus a very good deal. $12 for 40 pieces of small cookies. Def recommend. 10/10

I was amazed at how cheap the ice-cream was. Only $2 each with special discounts if you buy in bulk. They also sell other stuff such as cookies and popcorn. Great place to stop by on a hot day or get a bunch of ice-cream for a party, or even a treat for yourself.

Asked our son what he wanted for his birthday and he says mint it's it's. Well we live in Indiana and they do not sell it's it's here or anywhere near us. Fast forward and few months, my husband & I are going to CA to visit family/friends and I get this wild idea to bring home some it's it's to our Son. I called the store spoke to Christina and she was so helpful and said she would help us any way she could. A few days ago while we were in town we stopped by the outlet store, Christina was there, yeah! We brought a styrofoam container with us, purchased some dry ice, packed up the it's it's taped the box up, crossed our fingers. When we arrived home we opened the box and all the it's its ice cream sandwiches were rock hard! Yes.... It worked. A huge THANK-YOU to Christina who was so friendly, helpful no matter how many times I had called her.

I love coming here because I can always find flavors that aren't sold in stores. My too favorite flavor is the pumpkin. I want to try the green tea flavor as well, but they never seem to have it. Whenever a heat wave hits, I make sure to stop by this location and full up for the summer. Their prices are reasonable and I can also get extra goodies such as their yummy bagel dogs! I love supporting local businesses, especially family owned businesses. I knew Ms. Shamieh back in high school when she was my leadership teacher and I am glad to see that her business is still thriving!
